i think one of the Tikka barrel dimensional issues is that 1.2" and 1.25" blanks need turned down to not be oversized to the action face. This guy cuts shoulder to 1.19"

I see where Carbon Six lists their Tikka diameter at 1.17 and Hells Canyon armory is similar.

Thanks. I guess I was asking shank diameter and not tenon.
The diameter on my PBB Tikka barrel is 1.150" and it mates up perfectly with my action.
