Not sure which mounts to go with for this scope - 849412 model with 1" tube. My Remington 700 LA .270 had Weaver mounts (for a an old Bushnell sportview) but they make the Weaver sit too low and they are too far apart.
To be honest I've never bought many rings and would love to hear from some experience - thanks!
