I've been working up a load for a .338-378 Wby Tight neck (no Wby freebore) using 300gr bullets. I've tested H5010, H 50BMG, US869, and Retumbo.
Has anyone had experience with 300 gr bullets and VV N170 in this case? Just asking because I have some on hand. I realize that the burning rate seems a little fast.
