1 LB Venison sirloin steak
2 TBSP Drambuie
2 TBSP EVOO
1 TSP Rufus Teague Spicy meat rub
1 TSP Alpine Touch Montana's special spice
2 TBSP minced garlic
Marinate for 2 hours
Grill on high for 1 minute per side (rare).

Wow that looks good. I've been saving your recipes in the chance we fill some tags (well, depending on what tags we get drawn for) this year out in Alder. :D
