I ran this tripod for a few years with my Meopta spotting scope and it worked great for the pricepoint they are at. It has a tear in one of the foam leg covers but does not affect function. Has normal wear marks from use but not abused or dented. All legs and locks work great and no function issues with any of the tripod. Comes with original cordura carry case and 1 base plate.
