Wouldn't be the first time a blind person went shooting. I saw it in a few movies. They shoot at sound. So be very very quiet. As Elmer Fudd would say. 
Similar concept with the Blind soccer, water polo and etc. sporting events.

I have seen the brail stuff at the bank drive through. I am not sure how many blind people use the drive through. Some of you old guys will remember the blind detective show " Longstreet" from the seventies that carried and shot a S&W snub nose. 
Pretty sure the guy I spent fifteen minutes trying to pass on the interstate the other night just came from the brail ATM!I have seen the brail stuff at the bank drive through.
