US Optics 3-17 for sale it is like new. I think it is 3-4 years old. Don't know about ring marks. For disclosure it has 3 specks of dust inside in the upper right quandrant. They are only visible below 10 X. Already spoke to USO of course it is covered. Has ARD sunshade.
