Tikka t3 300wsm hand load issue

I ran into a issue yesterday with my 300 wsm running max book loads with r17 and hornady 200gr eldx I have a snug bolt lift when extracting them sometimes I get the click at the top but the brass pulls out smooth i ran this load befor with zero issues. No pressure sings on the heads primes are good no extractor Mark's.Any ideas ?

Generally if I get any click at top of bolt lift brass getting tad tight at shoulder and or case body. Needs bumped and sized, trimmed back to length.
