anybody here from Florida, and fish for peacock bass with a fly rod? I'm kinda gearing up right now for a planned trip. Have a seven weight, eight weight, and looking at a nice Hardy ten weight. Reels will be Harris and a Lamson Light Speed for the ten weight being as I seem to own two brand new ones!
What I need to know is how much backing is needed and also what kind of line do you need? Plus whatkind of flies are you using?
