That is freaking incredible! And it also makes me question the consistency of every lot bullet manufacturers put out there. I shot that same bullet at a big boar and blew a hole the size of grapefruit in his armor plate, he grunted and ran off like hey buddy go get a bigger gun. 😒 Another blacktail shot at the back of the rib cage funky quartering away angle. Bullet blew up on the first rib it hit went up the backstrap about 4 inches and lodged in the meat. 3 hours, 2 dogs and 5 guys going 3 miles we caught up to him and killed him. Then I shot another big boar right behind the ear. I've killed a bunch of hogs with this shot with Partition's and it's lights out game over broken neck immediate lights out. Not with the SST. Again it blew up, separated the lead kinda switch directions and ended up in its snout. Jacket was up in the neck meat. Hog went into Tasmanian devil mode and 2 additional shots finished it off. That's the last time I shot them. Plenty of people like yourself have had excellent luck with them. Just not for me. If someone gave me a few boxes of SST, I would turn around and trade them for chicken eggs. A dozen would probably be too much to ask for though. I'll stick with the Nosler's even though they cost double. Maybe the SST is amazing and I'm missing out? As the saying goes, to each their own.
