Unfortunately, it happens all the time. </p><p></p><p>To echo what others have said... START NOW, and BE CONSISTENT. If you're over 50 and well out of shape, it will take a solid year to see the kind of progress that will make a real difference on your hunt (and in your life). Don't worry about adjusting for altitude. Get good instruction, hit it hard, and it will take care of itself.</p></blockquote><p></p>
