Superformance Powder

I used it in 243 95gr Nos. BT and gained 100 fps with 5 shots touching at 100 yards. Very Happy. 257 Rob did not like it. Gonna try 22-250 next. No complaints, it's all in what it does for you and your load. Give it a try

6mm Rem, 75 gr V-max, over 3600 fps good accuracy no pressure issues. Have not tried in 22-250. Pretty fair praire dog load.

I use it in a 16" 6.5 Creed with 120 grain Nosler BT. shoots good and gives me better velocity.

I'm using it with 143 ELDx bullets in my 6.5 Creedmoor with goor results. I'm not worried about max velocity or shooting bug holes with this rifle. I experimented until I got a sub 1" group and left it alone.

Swift lists Superformance for the Scirroco 130 g in their manual for the 6.5 CM. I have used it with great success and excellent accuracy.

Its a shame that the stuff we buy is not the same as the stuff they load.
co_guy told it like it is.
Oh well.I like anything from Swift, great bullets

I tried it in my RARP 6.5CM under 140gr ELD-Ms in an attempt to duplicate the original factory loads. Worked pretty good, but soon found out that the rifle preferred Varget. :D

A few of us here, blew out extractors doing that by matching what was in the factory loads. I am amazed that Hodgdon would create such a liability.

Did you follow Hodgdon's published load data when having this issue? I have had 0 issues using Hornadys published data with Superformance and 143 ELDx.

There is very little published load data and none for 270win. That's why I started another thread of sharing your Superformance loads, shown on one of my previous posts.

Have any of you guys tried it I the .300 SAUM? Hogdon doesn't list it, the 300 WSM and the Ruger .300 is ousted as the fastest load.

I shot 180 Partitions in my 300SAUM with 67gr. of Superformance, Rem case, Fed 215s.
This was good for 2924 fps and moa at 220 yards. Also got 2910 fps with 190 ABLR not as accurate. These were out of a factory Model 7 22" barrel.

Thanks. I even called Hogdon and asked them and they wouldn't give me any data. Found a posting with 130gr. Barnes TSX. 71 1/2 grains. Not chronographed, stated 1/2 inch groups. Thanks again.
