Stoeger 3020

I want to put a saddle with a picatinny rail on this particular gun. It's a Stoeger 3020 Semi-auto 20g. Has anyone done this and will you tell me which Saddle will work on this gun. My only other option would be to by a rail and have a gunsmith drill and tap.

I would just have a competent gunsmith drill and tap it. It'll probably be close to the same price as a saddle and will be a more solid platform and look much better.

Kind of curious to know how long you have had the stoeger 3020 and what kind of shot count it's seen? I have a 12 gauge model 2000 that I've had for many years and has been a real workhorse, especially for the price. Surprisingly it's never jammed or failed to fire!

Birdog 68 I just bought the gun. Thought it may be a real Turkey thumper. Have not put a round through it as yet. Can't find the load I want. Looking for Winchester's 3" Long Beard XR. That load has taken many a long beard in my Remington 1187. But. it does have a good kick.
