They should send you a pm you reply with your shipping info. They send you a check or money order. You get payment cleared. Send them the product you sold them.

Insured shipping will most likely be more than $20, but should be insured with the way they handle packages these days.

FYI if you use USPS try to keep the package less than 30" in length if possible. They have a few of $15 for packages over 30". If you can't it may be better to use UPS or fedex.
