I have this cross posted on a local site also. I will ship FFL to ffl. I bought this from a friend who had it built and barely shot it because he had a surplus of rifles.
Specs:
Stiller Predator Action
Bartlein 2b barrel fluted and finished at 22"
Vais micro brake turned to match barrel contour
McMillan Classic in Edge fill (brown with black speckles)
Timney 510
Hawkins precision bottom metal
Cerakoted in graphite black.
The rifle is 6 pounds 10oz bare and carries extremely well.
I also have a thread protector for it if you don't want the brake on it.
It was built by southern precision rifles (bugholes) and is a 10 twist.
I also believe I have a set (have to verify) of Talley 30mm rings for it.
I'm asking $2750.

It shoots well for minimal load development. I started with some 180 accubond but they became unobtainable so I switched to hammers. I looked for targets yesterday and only found one that I shot right before I went to Wyoming this year and it was shot on 9 power at 350 yards. The dot is 2.5 inches so the group is under 2 inches at that range.
