Got this barrel new to tinker with and began to do load work but time doesn't allow for now.
X-Caliber RemAge Heavy Sporter (#4) SS, 8T, 24", 6.5-06 A-Square SAMMI chamber, .675 @ muzzle.
42 rounds down the barrel during break-in and load development. Shooting 129 ABLR in small groups already.
RCBS 6.5-06 dies bought new and only sized for this barrel.
Included a picture of the rifle as it sat with this barrel.
$280 shipped for the barrel and dies.
Open to reasonable offers...or trades, but obviously no need for more barrels.

Thanks for looking.

The 6.5-06 is an awesome cartridge, I have one I use as my go to long range rifle. Have ran it to a mile with a 140gr jlk...

I liked it!
I only played with it briefly before it got too hot and I started the rice harvest and have no time to continue for now.
It was already shooting 129 ABLR very well immediately after break-in. I have a couple of 6.5-284 hunting rifles with loads already done and they run to the 6.5-06. I was really just beginning to have fun with it. It seems easy to load for and inherently accurate with the little work I've done so far.

The main reason I'm selling it is...I had a friend come by and shoot one of my carbon barreled rifles and he just had to have one like it so he pulled off his low round count Remage 26" Benchmark #4 280AI and sold it to me on a whim.
I really like the 7mm cartridges so I removed the 6.5-06 and screwed on the 280AI...which I already have load data for and a shelf full of 7mm bullets.
Thanks!
