I'm thinking of clearing out space, I've got a 1982 Browning BBR in 30-06 that I picked up in an estate sale some years back. Has 2 magazines and an older Bushnell scope.
It was a hunter's gun as evident by usage marks on the stock, I would guess it hasn't been shot excessively (as most average hunters don't tend to). I grabbed it from the gun case the other day after it sat for a few years and ran three kinds of ammo through. As you can see it shot both federal factory 165gr BTSP and one of my pet loads using 165gr sierra BTSP both just under an inch at 100yds. I took it home and have ran patch out with tipton jags (through a bore guide) till they ran clean. Finished off with an one oil patch and then one dry. Now it sits.
I tried to include a picture of every mark the stock has. The bluing is fine, the lighting is making it look weird (I can get other pictures if needed). Although I'd personally upgrade the scope its fairly nice for its vintage and it holds a zero fine. It is useful for testing the gun out though the top turret cap wants to come off easily (it could be tapped down after zeroing if someone wanted to run this scope as is). I basically have had around as a spare loaner gun.
Questions? $600 if someone is interested from a non-FFL.
Some possible trade interests on my end (with money to equalize values): Some caliber Tikka SS, a rem clone action (long action - standard or mag bolt face), a rem 700 long action sporter stock (B&C or better).
