For sale - Sinclair International NT-4000 Premium Neck Turning Tool (749-008-016) with handle and three feeler gauges - 0.010, 0.015 and 0.020. Also included is a Sinclair 6.5mm carbide mandrel (749-006-110). All in like new condition. This was used to turn 0.001 off of 50 case necks and oil was used in the process to lube the blade. I don't have a need for this anymore. USPS money order only, I don't use any of the online pay sites.
