Sightron SIII on AR

I am mounting this scope on a flat top Rock River AR-15. It's the 6-24x50. I was just wondering if you could recommend mounts and ring heighth?

I ran extra high 30mm weaver tactical rings on mine and it worked just fine. If I remember right I could get the scope to mount with the high rings but I couldn't get my face low enough on the stock so I switched to extra highs and the problem was solved.
