I recently sold some bullets online to later find out that the buyer is from Hawaii. Anyone have any information as far as legality of shipping unloaded projectiles to Hawaii from the continental US?

Unloaded projectiles only would be fine, just like shipping to AK. Use USPS and get tracking, good to go
I lived there for 12 years - totally legal. Might cost more than shipping CONUS but legal.
Yep, with UPS or Fed Ex, but NOT USPS.
