What action is the barrel threaded for? How many rounds?

Remington 700, it has exactly 250 rounds though it.

Also the trigger is 1lb / 3lb, not 1/3lb, it is RH with safety, and does not have the bolt release lever. A bolt release lever could be put back on it if you get one from Timney.
