It looks like the Seekins muzzle brake to me.

Weight is 7lb 11oz.
The break is Seekins ATC . Whole rifle is made by Seekins Precision, except stock.
I have the the bill of sale from Cabelas at $2899 2 years ago.
Never been afield--Can't find a mark on it!
