Looks like no stainless shoulder on the muzzle end.
So...You have no idea who the maker is?
How about twist rate?
How did it shoot?

Thanks

I did not shoot it. I don't know the twist. Could estimate it with a cleaning rod. Again I have no other info. It headspaced on my action and was then never shot.

Hca uses a similar carbon shoulder.. that can either have a break shouldered right up to the carbon or a spacer installed. Looks to me to be a Wilson carbon barrel from ragged hole outdoors, or a preffered barrel carbon prefit as they both use the same carbon wrapper.

I have a Wilson Carbon from Ragged Hole thats a couple of years old now and it has a stainless shoulder (or spacer) at the muzzle.
Carbon pattern looks similar though.
