ER Shaw Savage Small Shank, Varmint Contour, 26" length, 6.5-284, 1-8" rate of twist, 416 Stainless Steel, .850 at the muzzle.
I bought it new, mounted it, I don't recall shooting it- if I did it was 8 times or less because thats all the fired brass I have, but I have another rifle that I did shoot.
I did paint the barrel with regular spray paint to black which can be easily removed.
$150 shipped.

Thx, sent a reply to our conversation. Been cleaning up from storm damage today, late reply.

Hey guys if it's not a pain could you let us know how the shaw barrel shoots? I've seen them a lot and always wondered.

Yea sir I will let you know
This will be my first one
I've seen their rifles shoot well

I have a Shaw .243 Win. bull barrel, it shoots extremely well. I have gotten some 1 hole groups with it. I was very surprised and happy with the Shaw barrel.
