I thought I'd try to build, but it's easier to buy complete rifles.

1 medium sporter contour. $125 shipped.

Both barrels are second hand to me and were reportedly low-round take-offs, but I can't personally vouch for that. The bores do look good.

1 synthetic adult long action stock, new take-off, non-accustock. $45 shipped.
1 synthetic youth short action stock, new take-off, non-accustock. $45 shipped.
1 large shank barrel nut and recoil lug. $15 shipped.

Both stocks are inletted for bottom metal (DBM or HF). Short action stock has 4.4 action screw spacing.
