I have a Savage 11BTH with the factory thumbhole stock for sale that shoots very well with the 100gr Sierra gameking bullets and IMR 4831 powder at 2900fps. The rifle is in excellent condition, perfect except for 2 small dings on the back of the comb. I haven't tried lighter or heavier bullets in it, just the 100gr Sierra. I am selling it because I have decided to put a 6mm Rem or AI barrel on my custom 243 to fill this slot in my arsenal. I have a 6.5-20x40 Leupold with the Varmint Hunter reticle on it that can be purchased for an additional $500. The bore is very good with about 75 rounds shot through it in load development.
