Have a stockade varminter (I believe that is what it's called)
Used it for one season. Did great! Just upgrading to a McMillan. I do like the feel of the stock. It definitely does not feel cheap.
Fits my savage 111 Trophy hunter action. I had just below a varmint style barrel. I want to say about a #3.5. Dont quote me. Can measure barrel channel if wanting. Retail $470 selling for $250 or $300 with harris bipod.
Coating done by hux customs as well as the bed job.
There are a few cracks from the manufacturer that they never returned calls on. I just ran with it and they never got bigger. (I'm shooting a .300wm)
