I have a like new (shot 10 rounds out of it) 460 beast. Picked this up for bear protection, but it's too **** nice to carry as I do my current bear sidearm. I currently have a titanium 44 mag that's been to hell and back, but works like a champ. No need to change.
This 460 is fun to shoot, doesn't recoil any worse than my titanium 44 mag and the concussion from the muzzle is a hoot. Also sends out a very noticeable ring of fire with most rounds (see the photo of my buddy shooting his 1 handed).
Here are the details from S&W:
- Unfluted Cylinder
- Chrome Teardrop Hammer
- Chrome Trigger with Stop
- PC Tuned Action
- Capacity: 5 Rounds
- Action: Single/Double Action
- Barrel Length: 3.5" (8.9 cm)
- Front Sight: HI-VIZ® Fiber Optic Green
- Rear Sight: Adjustable
- Grip: Synthetic
Includes the paperwork and PC gun-rug as from the factory. Wife's crazy useless coffee table do-dad shown in the photos not included.
