I had a buddy call me with an issue with his Revic BR4 and phone app. The latest update wiped out his profiles on his phone, but he still had them in his BR4. He has a hunt starting tomorrow, so I told him "Don't mess.with it! Go hunting, and we will figure it out after your hunt!"

Well, I went and had to do a little tweaking in a couple of my profiles since my future son-in-law will be going on his first ever hunt starting tomorrow too. (I will try and start a running thread on that as we go, keep an eye out for it in the "Deer Hunting" sub-forum).

Well crap! All my profiles were gone too! I have had it happen before on updates, but I have an account, and usually logging off and back on loads the 20 profiles I have in there. Not this time! I tried it several times, even waited to see if they would populate. No dice.

So I email Revic CS with "Your new update wiped my profiles...AGAIN".

That was all.

About an hour later, I got an email with an apology, and the could see my account. They had me log out and wait 30 minutes, then log back in. Nothing. So I emailed back.

About 30 minutes later, I got a response saying they had to go in and manually force input all my profiles into my app. I checked...there they were! And they were all correct with the exception of me having to go change everything from MOA to MIL on each one for unit of measure.

So I emailed them back with a huge "Thank you", but I also had a question on how to delete profiles out of the BR4 so I could only have the rifles I was taking in there. They sent me a step by step instruction on how to do that. Now there are only the rifles I am taking in there, not the other 4 I don't need for this upcoming hunt.

Super fast, super helpful, and very good CS to go and input all my 20 profiles on their end.

Similar issue I had my Revic BR4 randomly shutting off. I called after hours and left a VM letting them know I had an elk hunt in the AM. One of the techs called me 5 minutes later and solved the issue. I asked him why he called after hours and he let me know he couldn't let me miss a chance in the morning from an equipment failure. Pretty happy with Revic and their techs.
