Hi, You just say you want to buy something to the seller. Pay for it the way the seller asks for. When paid for the seller ships it to you. In this case because it is an action I would have to send it to a FFL license holder. He has to send me a copy of his FFL license prior to shipment either by mail or email. The action is sent to your dealer and you pick it up from him.
