[QUOTE="jpfrog, post: 1453444, member: 32525"] As I mentioned before, I quite like it for my needs. Am I stupid and brain dead or an idiot? I don’t think so, neither do my family, friends, or coworkers, or clients. Choices are a wonderful thing. Again, if you don’t like the stock Remington has chosen to supply with their rifles, change it. Bashing another company for providing Remington what they want isn’t productive, and neither is bashing the people that prefer things that are outside of your personal choices. I’m sorry the current production rifles on offer from Remington come with a stock you don’t care for. Vote with your dollars and maybe in a few years I will be the one having to buy a new stock to replace the one that comes in the rifle I buy because it doesn’t fit my interests or needs. I did this recently when I replaced the B&C stock in the 700 Long Range with an HS Precision 5r takeoff. Should that scenario arise where your preferred stock is sold on new rifles and mine is no longer available, I guarantee one thing- I won’t be calling you stupid or brain dead because your opinions differ from mine.
