Looking for a longer set of action screws for a rem 700. Changing to a Christensen stock and my factory front screw is to short. Tried a couple different bottom metals and same problem. Let me know what you have laying around. Thank you in advance.

I've just been making my own.
Countersunk cap screws from McMaster or fastenal if local. Chuck screw shank in a cordless drill ( or drill press if you have one handy) and use a dremel cutoff wheel followed by a grinding stone to reprofile the head. Reverse now that the head will pass through the drill chuck ID and allow the chuck to close on the shank, and cutoff the thread witg the cutoff wheel. Grind in a thread lead. Blue. Doneskis. I can't bring myself to pay more for shipping than the action screws themselves.

we've got ya covered -
