FOR SALE: Custom Remington Model 700 LA BDL 7MM RUM built by benchrest gunsmith Lester Bruno - Bruno Shooters Supply Phx. AZ.
Rifle Details:
* Blue printed / trued receiver and bolt.
* Chamber throated for Berger 180 VLD's but will shoot all VLD / secant, hybrid or tangent type bullets including the new Berger 195 hybrid. .3182" No turn neck.
* 26" Krieger cut rifled 1-9T 5.5 contour fluted bbl. Vais micro muzzle brake brings bbl length to 27".
* PTG .250" Oversize recoil lug.
* Receiver skim bedded in H-S Precision PSV029 composite stock with aluminum bedding block. BBL is free floated.
* Timney Calvin Elite trigger set at 1.5 lbs.
* Kampfield Hunter bolt knob installed.
* PTG Rem 700 BDL bottom metal.
* Bottom of receiver opened up for Wyatt's Outdoor MBE-2 3.825" inside length magazine designed for the RUM family of cartridges.
*Also included: PTG reamer w/ go gauge.
*Rifle has had 100 rounds fired through it for BBL break in and load development. Both Berger 180 Hunting VLD and Matrix 190 VLD shot ½ MOA or better with Retumbo during load development.
