Trying to find specs, done by a smith in Colorado, shoots great with 140gr Berger, its been 5 years since I shot it. Too many guns not enough time... If I recall it was a Hart barrel and its an 8 twist. I do have dies if buyer is interested for another $30.

Correct, not able to thread this muzzle as its a tensioned carbon tube.

No, normal factory 700 action.
Factory recoil lug was precision ground
No engraving on barrel so timing is not an issue, just needs to be headspaced.
