SOLD/EXPIRED Redding 3br powder measure

just as title states redding 3br universal powder measure . New taken out of box but never been used it has a scratch in the green finish next to the handle was on there when I got it probably from taking the handle in and out because the guy I bought it from the handle was in it when I got it
Also has a NEW bench mount stand to go with it new in box

What model 3br is it? The 03500 is the Rifle model and the 03600 is the pistol model. The 03700 has both pistol and rifle micro adjustments.
