You could try. I don't think it would qualify since it is used but there was never a rebate claimed against the serial number.

You would receive a receipt of sale

The best thing to do is to try and call RCBS and ask them. I figured it wouldn't qualify which is why the price is so low.

yea, on the rebates they don't ask for serial #, just copy of receipt and maybe bar code. he should be good for rebate.
