I'll be going overseas for a couple of years so I've decided to sell a few things I haven't used in a long time.
This is a now-discontinued CZ 527 (micro-Mauser) American in 6.5 Grendel. This is one of the least common and most sought after versions of the 527. It has a Turkish walnut stock with a 13.5" length of pull, 24" 1/8 twist cold hammer forged barrel, 5 round detachable magazine, and single set trigger. The rifle weighs less than 6.5 lbs without the scope. The 6.5 Grendel in this rifle makes a perfect first deer rifle for a kid or a very handy coyote rifle, which was my original intent when I bought it. It currently has on it a 30mm Leupold VX-R 2-7x33 illuminated firedot duplex reticle. It's in my opinion one of the best low magnification scopes ever made, and I wish Leupold had never stopped making them.
Both the rifle and scope are in very good condition. I don't think I ever ended up taking it out hunting but I may have had it out for coyote once. I have the original box for the scope but I throw out most of my rifle boxes since they take up too much space.
I'd prefer to sell as a package but I'm willing to separate the scope and rifle. I'm always open to trades even though I'm not in the market for anything in particular.
Rifle only - $1300
Scope only - $750
Rifle and scope - $1950
I'm located near Montgomery, Alabama for anyone wanting to do a FTF.
