QuickLoad help - cfe223 and 300wsm with 130 grain ttsx

Does quickload think a 300wsm would work with cfe223 and a 130 grain tsx? I can't find any load data on it. Supposedly, CFE223 burns slower than Varget. I can find Varget load data for the 300wsm for bullets up to 150 grains. So, I wonder if cfe223 would work out on this light bullet.

Also, even if QuickLoad says it should work, is there some other reason the powder/cartridge combo might be unsafe?
