Is this for a long action or short action, or does that matter?
I have a TL3 SA.
I know I would give up bullet depth choices with a short action.

Tl3 thread tennion are different between the short action and long action and are not compatible. If it was chambered for a short it won't work on a long and vise versa unless it uses a nut.
