Well I can tell you what I know, basically it's about your budget, if money is no object, look at the Dillon, 550 or 650, I have hornady lock and load, it's just ok, the priming system leaves a lot to be desired, I use it for 223, I send my brass out for processing and have them prime it as well, save a huge amount of time, then run it three the lock n load, bypassing the prime altogether, can do 4-5 hundred hr. Dillon on the other hand has about the best set up.

I would suggest a Dillon 550C. I load 5.56, 6.5 x 55, 30/06 and others on it.
It works great when set up.
The weakness is the priming system but I bought my first 550B in the late 80s!
