What is the post count to be able to post in the classifieds? Most forums is/was 10 posts.

It was 10 though. Also ...

Minimum of 2 weeks.

Our system is dynamic, as we are attempting to limit known spammers.
So there isn't always a direct answer as our system gets triggered etc.
