You seem to have a very good idea of that you want, and this may fit the bill, or it may not. Matte, Mark 4 6.5-20x50mm LR/T reticle, side paralax, 30mm tube. Scope is in great shape, and hard to find as it is discontinued. I can price it if you have interest.
