Any solution to this yet? I can't even submit a message via "Contact Us". I get "You must wait at least 30 seconds before performing this action" then "inappropriate content" error despite trimming it down to a "please contact me" message.

got same message yesterday. left and came back 2 min. later and no problem. sometimes getting I'm not a robot and click on images verification but that don't work, just leave and come back and everything is fine, this is getting frustrating
