Will it cycle match rounds? And how accurate?

I never tried match ammo.
I have a 1x vortex optic mounted on it(not included). I sighted in at 40 yards off of sand bags on a bench with Remington gold bullet bulk ammo. All groups were under 3/4 with the two best under 1/2. Better than my Marlin with a target barrel.

This will mount to an AR15 lower right?
