If you talking about midway and the like. It's normal to show discontinued on long back orders or supplies with unknown delivery dates.

This did discontinue it a couple years ago, but are going to start another production run late 3rd quarter this year.

Probably did was just stating it's normal for a few distributors to show discontinued on stock that has long or unknown eta
