Please beware - he is a scammer. I posted a WTB ZEISS 6-24x50 and he started a conversation with me two days later with an offer. He sent this:
"Selling a Zeiss Conquest V4 - 6-24x50 with ZMOA-1 illuminated reticle. Scope has been mounted on rifle taken to range several times, but has never been in the field. Includes aluminum objective flip cover and tenebrex flip eyepiece cover, as well a throw lever. 700 Shipped."
Someone (rrstein82 on Rockslide) posted the same message on the Optics Classifieds on Nov 22, 2022 for $600 and it says sold. Pictures there and the ones he sent me are identical. I asked for a picture with a specific hand written note and this is what he sent. First picture is what he sent me originally and second picture is what he sent three days later.
Please be aware and avoid this guy.
