Ya. Every rifle varies. - It could be that the shoulder is set back too far, PLUS CCI is known to have harder primers! Get a Wilson case gauge to check loads and fired brass (Before & After). RCBS, Lee and Hornady make them too. https://www.sportsmans.com/shooting-gear-gun-supplies/reloading-equipment-supplies/case-preparation/rcbs-chamber-case-length-gauge-65-creedmoor/p/1681132?msclkid=b698f124850e1ab0018b93b04b470b18&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Bing%20-%20DSA%20-%20Category%20Pages&utm_term=shooting%20gear%20gun%20supplies%20reloading%20equipment%20supplies%20&utm_content=Range%20Gear HOW TO USE A CASE GAUGE https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=How+to+use+a+case+gauge IF the factory ammo and handload cartridges measure good in the case gauge (BUT THE FIRED CASE DOSEN'T), then you have other issues: chamber cut too long, bolt face cut too deep. And the way to verify that is with Go and No-go gauges that go into the chamber. If a bolt closes on a Field gauge - the chamber is dangerously too long! ('Happened with my old stock 700 30-06! - Now re-barreled with a new 24-inch SS take-off barrel from Numrich. 'Lucked-out. Safe, and the brass will last longer!)
