North west Montana

Well I am hoping there are a few members around Kalispell Montana. Finally came back to my home state and am wondering if there are any members near me! I wasn't lucky enough to be able to make the gun clubs around me so now I drive to state lands to shoot but I am having a hard time finding ranges over 300 yards. It would be nice to meet members from around my neck of the woods! Most the time I just lurk on the site to learn but since my career change I am able to pursue long range shooting and hunting. I would like to extend my effective range. Thank all of you who contribute to this site I have learned so much from here.

I am having a hard time finding ranges over 300 yards.

You can shoot out to whatever distance you feel like on public, lots of forest service around Kalispell. You probably already know but it's illegal to shoot across roads, and always remember to have a good backstop.
