I have a really nice Surgeon Scalpel in 223 rem sitting in a AI stock. It has a 1-8 twist 20" threaded fluted barrel with a Jewell trigger. Round count is very low. I will take $3200 shipped for it. I will include 3 new AI mags with the rifle. If someone wants the whole setup with talley tactical rings, Vortex viper 4-16 scope with vortex level and harris bipod I will take $3400 shipped. NO I won't sell the scope. bipod and rings for $200. If buyer does not want it I will keep it.
