Does it have:

the MOAR-F1 reticle with elevation scale that extends to bottom of field of view (see http://nightforceoptics.com/beast then click reticles - not sure if all MOARs are F1s or if it is a recent adaptation of the MOAR)?

the zerohold feature on the windage dial (looks like it does but never used one and not sure if they've had it since introduction so not sure)?

It looks like there are some minor scrapes/dings on the left turret cover - is that correct, is it from a drop or laying on rocks when hunting, etc., and is it superficial and no damage of consequence?

I believe all the features you are listing it has all them. The reticle is the one listed on the website. I knocked my rifle over at a prs match and put the small marks on the side. Scope tracks true I shoot it with repeatable impacts at all distances. Just going to mil.
